Tuna Sunday

Dinner was delicious!

Blackened Seared Tuna Steak (on sale at Harris Teeter), Sticky Sushi Rice, Fresh Express Double Carrot Salad with Makoto Ginger Dressing

My only complaint was I cooked the tuna a little longer that I prefer. I like a rare tuna steak, bright red throughout. This piece was definitely a little more on the medium side, but still absolutely delicious!
